About me
Majored in Pharmacy (2017). Master in Human Nutrition (2018). PhD in Nutrition and Food Sciences (2023). Postdoctoral fellow (University of Granada) working in nutrition and epigenetics (2024). MSCA postdoctoral fellow (Teagasc Food Research Centre, 2024) investigating new approaches to produce a healthier and more sustainable non-alcoholic beer and its health benefits.
