About me

Our laboratory offers chemical, microbiological and sensory analysis of milk and milk products. Moreover, we are accredited for enumeration and identification of probiotic bacteria.

Our research is mainly focused on lactic acid bacteria from various sources, including fermented food. Here are some our works:
