About me
My training provided me with a good understanding of tools and analytical skills to analyze and improve food from a biochemical, microbiological, molecular point of view and to monitor its effects on hum health. Through the specialization course in "Safety, Communication, and Food Certification", I was able acquire and strengthen my skills in food safety to cover the role of expert in food control and communication. The agri-food interest led me to undertake, after training at national research institutes, the PhD at the Edmund Mach Foundation with the goal of accelerating innovation in the fermented food sector.
